First colour coordinated build

Hey everyone,

 

I have built a number of PCs for myself and friends in the past and am reasonably good about picking parts. However I have a friend who is looking for a new gaming computer and specifically wants one that is all black with red accents. I pretty much always get cases with no windows and aim for silence so never had to include the colour of a mobo or GPU let alone cables from cablemod. Nothing but gaming and not worried about large quantities of storage. Gig internet means re-downloading games is quick enough.

 

We are located in Canada and my friends budget is $2,000 to $3,000 CAD for the rig plus monitor separately. Haven't decided on the monitor yet, but probably a 1440 @ 144hz or similar.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Addressable RGB lighting on the motherboard, graphics card and ram so your buddy can get some red in there that way, otherwise everything is black and metallic
