First loop problems

This is my first loop, and pretty ambitious for it. It's a hardline loop with a itx case.
So I finished putting together the loop, filled it up as much as I could pined the two points in the 24 pin connecter, and turned it on. No leaks but no motion in the water. Maybe my set up is bad or i missed something. 
Here are my parts list:

 

Water Blocks:

EKWB EK-Supremacy EVO RGB CPU Waterblock, AMD CPU, Nickel
EKWB EK-Vector RTX 2080 GPU Waterblock, Nickel/Plexi

Reservoir: 
Phanteks Reservoir Alum/Copper base RGB LED Cooling (PH-R220_BK01)
Pump:
Swiftech MCP50X Extreme Pressure, Small Form Factor, 12 V DC Centrifugal Pump

Radiators:
Bitspower Leviathan SF Radiator with Quad G1/4" Ports, 240mm, Black
Bitspower Leviathan SF Radiator with Quad G1/4" Ports, 120mm, Black
Case:

You don't have to turn anything on other than the pump to get the water to move.  I would suggest only powering your pump (I just did my first loop 2 days ago) with the PSU till your levels are good (which is what I did using a molex to 3 pin).  If you build it and turned it on and nothing happened with the mobo...is your PSU on or plugged in (I mean it not being a jerk, and if so you may need to breadboard your build.  Or did it function correctly the first time before you put in the loop?

The PSU is plugged in, when I turn it on the pump moves but the fluid doesn't

Im a noob to closed loops but - is the pump primed?  If there is no fluid in the pump to push, it wont do anything but spin I would assume

Check wiring for the pump can you feel it vibrating? You should hear it just barely if you put your ear close to it, at very least you should feel the pump running. Could have a bad pump. It happens.

I can definitely hear it when it's turned on. The pump spins too

Does that pump have speed control on the pump or is it PWM?

It doesn't have speed control, but it is PWM

did you cap the fill port before you turned the pump on? Also without a PWM signal the pump will run at its slowest setting you may have to hook it all up and prime the system with so the pump runs faster.

I've tried running with the cap on and off. So if it is PWM, I would need to plug in the entire system to test it?

It mentions on the amazon page that if the 3rd pin is not connected it will run at full speed

Yea, just power the system on and the pump will run full speed, it should only take seconds to drain the res. If it still don't move will have to try to gravity feed the loop there just maybe to much air in the system for the pump to over come.

The pump has sata power connector, does it have 3pin or 4pin style fan connector?

"If it's connected to a regular 3 pin fan connector it will run at full speed." sorry I meant 4th pin. It's got a sata and a 4 pin connector

Yes so if it is connected to 3 pin headed it will run full speed, but that connector has to have power from the board or you have to have an adapter 3 pin to molex or sata. If only the SATA cable on the pump has power the pump will run at its lowest possible speed.

Go in the bios and set the speed to max.

your reservoir/pump outlet/inlet problem. u not connecting any outlet to your pump.

Good catch, your right nothing connected to outlet for pump.
