The plugs are universal. That is the style of plug they use on EVGA PSUs so it should work and fit.

The end that goes to the PSU is universal, the one on the wall is different in Europe, Asia.

Well yea, there is the different plugs based on the voltage supplied from the wall, you're correct there.
