Pc completely freezes, after monitor restart I get one colour

My PC completely freezes sometimes and I decided to turn off and on my monitor, then I get one colour(today I got green)

I don't know if it is my gpu problem or other components problem

My specs:

R3 2200g

8gb ram 2666mhz

500w(psu is not problem, I was playing without my new GPU and had no crashed, also I did clean install)

Rx 570 4gb (powercolor)

Mobo gigabyte ax370m

What exact model PSU do you have ?

 

does it occur randomly or when under load?

Gigabyte pb500, it happens randomly (happened about 5 times in about  4 months )also one time I was watching YouTube and it just freezed so I don't think that it need to be under load
