look fine. I recommend downloading hard disk sentinel. with this you can read s.m.a.r.t values better.

the Drive is in really good shape, but the "Emergency Retract Count" indicates that you shut down your PC improperly quite a lot actually, it's basically a count for how many times the PC was shut down from a power loss
