yes they are correct. The hole sizes didnt change over time

Does anyone know if these are the correct spring screws for the stock cooler block? Possibly somewhere else i can purchase something like this. Not having much luck finding them.

Those look like GPU spring screws. 

Could probably find em for cheap/free just from salvaging dead cards from people if you can find any, though.

Those are GPU spring screws. They're not designed for a CPU cooler. They might work, but there's no way of knowing until you know what screws the original cooler takes. What kind of stock cooler it is (Intel, AMD, etc) will determine what screws it uses. If you can find working screws, of the same size, that fit you cooler, perfect. However, I don't know if you'll be able to find working screws. To be honest, it might be easier to just buy a new stock cooler (depending on what it is, they can usually be found for very cheap.)
