Are my games "normal"?

All your screenshots look like there is some sort of sharpening filter going on and there is no anti-aliasing and texture filtering. You sure that on max?

If this is a far away object, this is common in games now to fade in different LODs (or just fade objects in and out because it's a cheap form of transparency)

It is your high expectations… you will notice the difference if you go 2 and or 4k,
on 1080p ultra settings are an illusion… The changes are almost to low to notice.. the only thing that you will see is that your screenshots are twice as large as opposed to high settings, unfiltered screenshots that is... 

go grab that 2019 processor with 2019 memory kits and 2019 made motherboard with that 2019 psu and 2019 ssd drives and you should get better results
