How can i disconnect intel wireless internet adapter?

Hello, i want to disconnect my intel 8260ngw from my motherboard but i don't know how to do it.  The cables go to the psu and thats where I got stuck please, i need help ASAP

The antenna wires are on there much like a snap button but are quite fragile, so just be careful taking them off. Once you do, then just remove the screw holding it down and pull it out. Just coil up the loose antenna wires and hide em. Simple, and effective.

Do i have to disconnect the psu and then snap  it?

It goes above the PSU not into it. They are held to the top of the case by that copper colored "tape"

Why do you want to disconnect? You could always just go to network adapters in Windows and disable the wireless adapter.

 

Otherwise, yeah you can remove them. The cables definitely aren't going into the power supply. A network card would easily pull all the power it needs off the motherboard. You can remove the wifi card as well by loosening that screw as well.
