Posted April 5, 2019 So i tried walking away with my headphones on, almost pulled whole laptop down the table and now my headphone jack isn't working. can i get them working trough usb-c to 3.5 converter cable like i do on my phone. i tried connecting it but its not detecting it. I have dell inspiron 15 7577 and logitech G pro headset. I can't find any info on if usb c audio is on your laptop. Have you tried the headset in another 3.5mm jack?
