Run vr game on pc and strame it to android

I know it's sounds crazy, but is may possible. For example is i have a very fast in home network ( which happens to be true ) and using my phone ( Google Pixel Xl ) as a display. I think whit like steam link, if its can pick up my movements, i really not sure, but more i think about it, its seams possibly. I this i can may create some DIY solution, if oculus or htc don't assasinate me...
