I've owned a handful of mouse pads such as the G240, Roccat Taito, and Corsair MM100, and to be honest, mousepads don't make a difference, they're all really the same.

Get the style you want such as hard or cloth, go for the size you want, as well as whatever brand suits you best.

In all seriousness though, you might want to consider an ergonomic mousepad with a wrist guard if you use your computer more than 2-3 hours per day.

Do not. That's also known as a carpal-tunnel-destroyer (CTD pad).

It's for people that use the mouse for a few minutes a day but have hand issues (severe arthritis etc).

It's better than a hard surface like a table, especially a table edge. But it's bad for the wrist.

For a mousepad to be proper for the hand it has to be thick enough and soft enough.

Most 4-6mm thick cloth pads fall in the category.

I've played FPS's for multiple years at a "high level" GM in OW, B+ -A in ESEA with a shitty mousepad & a "gaming" mousepad. It will not make you "aim better". All you gain is a longer surface and if you call that better, then so be it. It won't make you better.

Yeah right, funny how high level fps player didnt know that optical wont track well on a non black/glossy/transparent hardpad surface or how laser jitter/accelerate on a clothpad especially the thick one.

Funny that u are not aware of type of pad surface called control and speed in which allow your mouse to glide faster/slower.

So no. You are not only gain a longer surface but total control on how you want your mouse to feel and perform.

And you contradict yourself at the end

So, for long range sniping a small target, the control mousepad is the best for it, correct?

What's the best mousepad for a game that involve so many long range small weakspots sniping?

The Qck heavy or goliathus control or use dpi toggle and set it to 100 or something.

I mean, i've used shitty mousepads that are 6x6, mouse pads that are the Goliath speed and i've used hard mats. Personally, they haven't changed anything for me other than actual usable size.

The Corsair MM300 is a pretty nice mouse pad that is cheap and will work for you.

I suppose I like a chairs a little too much.
