Can i use an eGPU on my lenovo t560?

I have a lenovo t560 what are my options on eGPU and is there any cheap or older pc's that have Thunderbolt 3?

the i5-6200U the machine uses isn't very good I don't think it would at all be worth trying to add a gpu to this machine

if u want bang for your buck at low price u probably should go for used parts
