NodeJS how to stop nodemon?

G1K777

Hi,

I've used nodemon and forgot to stop it (ctrl + c) before closing the SSH window and now it says that it's already running on port 8080 :(
Is there a command to stop it? I wan't to see the console log :(

Assuming this is Linux, do ps aux | grep -i nodemon, find out which process number nodemon is, then issue a kill -9 [process ID]

Alternatively you could do killall nodemon if that was the only instance running

Doesn't work for me, I can't run my node app on any port all are "taken" by a magic fairy...
