Nvme Drive Not Showing up

Intel ssd 600p 128gb nvme drive not showing up in bios or windows dont know why have checked though motherboard manual 

motherboard is b360m d3h 

Main Pc Ryzen 5 3600, B450m Steel Legend, 32Gb DDR4 3000mhz, 980ti, 256gb, 120gb ssd's, 2x2tb hdd

Second Pc Ryzen 5 2600, B450m-A, 16Gb DDR4 3200mhz, 1080ti, 240gb, 500gb ssd's, 2x2tb hdd

Nas i5 3570k 4.5Ghz 1.325v, 16Gb DDR3 1333Mhz, Gt210, 240gb ssd, 8tb Hdd storage

Laptop Hp G430 G3 i5 6200u, 8Gb DDR4, 256Gb ssd

make sure the drive is fully seated, it can seem to be in place but not actually be making proper contact. Remove the screw and push the drive in at about a 40-45º angle, also you can remove the drive and reinsert and that may help too. Come back and let me know if that helps

Make sure all of your drivers are installed and re-seat the drive.

If that doesn't work then it sounds like you're in...quite the pickle...

Have you checked Disk Management to see if it shows up? Maybe it needs to be initialized and formatted before it’s recognized.

Check inside the BIOS to confirm.  Under the peripheral tab you should have an NVMe Configuration option.  See if anything shows up there.  If there's nothing there first thing I'd do is flash the BIOS to the latest firmware just to make sure.  After you've done that and if you still don't see it, I'd get the RMA process started.  It's got a 5 year warranty with Intel so there shouldn't be any problem getting warranty regardless of where it was purchased.
