American megatrends page will always show up and not start windows

Hi can someone help me solve this problem? I change settings in the bios randomly and now it won't let me get in to the bios to change them it showing me this page . Thanks in advance

You turned on chassis intrusion detection, turn it off.

Check the motherboard manual to clear cmos
