Der8auer's phase change cooling update?

Linus went to Der8auer's booth at Computex last year and covered his phase change cooler. I can't find the video right now, but here is Steve's: 

Does anybody know if there has been an update? It was anticipated last 2018 beginning 2019.

I see Linus just posted a video of a water cooler w/ no pump (boiling water title), but this looks so much cooler and seems to cool better.
