Do I need any extra/new fans for the case?

I just thought of something, there's no need to buy the GPU (R7-240) if you get the i5-8400 instead which has an integrated GPU (9400F doesn't), and it's actually cheaper that way, and yes you would need atleast one extra 120mm fan installed on the front.

CPU: https://www.amazon.com/Intel-i5-8400-Desktop-Processor-Cores/dp/B0759FGJ3Q

Motherboard: https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-B360M-DS3H-LGA1151-Motherboard/dp/B07BQ9SSH7

RAM: https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-2400MHz-Desktop-Memory/dp/B017NW5NZY

PSU: https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Bronze-Warranty-Supply-100-BT-0450-K1/dp/B01N9X3F8F

Case: https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-MasterBox-Transparent-Adjustable/dp/B07N99WHP1

SSD: https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-240GB-Solid-SA400S37-240G/dp/B01N5IB20Q

Fan: https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-F12-Standard-Configuration-possible/dp/B002KTVFTE

Total without shipping: ~480$

really have no clue if 240GB storage is enough for your usage, But anyway as emosun said, if you could find a prebuilt that's cheaper than this then go with it, but it's up to you, the prebuilt that i found with similar specs is 700$ soooo....

So this is what I have gathered from today of searching to make a Custom PC, the focus of this build to have a cheap and let it be able to run a gaming server, like Ark, MC, TF2, and so on.

[Motherboard]: EC Motherboard     https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0799LGSFQ/
[Power Supply]: EVGA 500 Wats   https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00H33SFJU/
[Processor]: Intel Core i5-9400F     https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MRCGQQ4/
[GPU]: XFX R7 240                          https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079HB3VG3/
[Ram]: Corsair Vengeance 16GB     https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006EWUO22/

Is there anything else I need? I feel like I am forgetting a ton of stuff but I can't remember what...

Wrong motherboard and RAM, and the PSU is kinda overkill :D

Motherboard:

RAM: https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-2400MHz-Desktop-Memory/dp/B017NW5NZY/

Technically you don't need more than a 300W PSU, but those units are too low quality that i don't feel comfortable recommending them, and you're missing a Case and storage, so maybe this would do?

Case:
https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-MasterBox-Transparent-Adjustable/dp/B07N99WHP1

Storage: https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-240GB-Solid-SA400S37-240G/dp/B01N5IB20Q

don't know if you need more than that amount of Storage, but you can also grab a 1TB HDD alongside the SSD.

you know if you're just looking for cheap then a used prebuilt will actually cost far less. typically at a budget this low you don't assemble cheap components but just buy a last gen high end machine instead. quality over quantity
