Computer turning off and on by itself

So I opened my computer at around 8am and it was working perfectly fine then around like 11am, there was a power outtage till 2pm and when the power came back on, i tried to open my computer it wouldnt display anything on the monitor and my computer keeps turning off and on repeatedly by itself... any solutions???? i already checked the ram, removed cmos battery for 30 seconds then put it back and  double checked for loose cables and it still wouldnt work..

gt 1030

8gb ram

Could possibly be a shorted power button. Does it ever boot into windows?

No, the monitor just stays off not displaying anything

I had similar problem and it turned out my mainboard was defect,i hope thats not the case for you
