If you want to reuse the shroud, you could use 92mm fans like the NF-A9x14 and retain the card's original dual slot size. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/PfXfrH/noctua-case-fan-nfa9x14

I did the same thing here with a 980 Ti:

Alternatively, you can use larger fans like in the LTT. NF-P12's are good: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/VNBTwP/noctua-nf-p12-redux-1700-pwm-708-cfm-120mm-fan-nf-p12-redux-1700-pwm

If your budget is tight, you could go with NF-B9's or F12 PWM CO's respectively instead.

I have an r9 380 with both fans broken. I am wondering whether to use Noctua Redux fans , be quiet! fans , or , Arctic F9 fans to mount straight to the stock heatsink. My budget for the fans are ~$20 USD. If there are better solutions or fans to use, I would appreciate all suggestions. Thanks for your help.

Which R9 380 do you have? Have you tried contacting the manufacturer for fan replacements?

This is my R9 380:

I opened a support ticket but I am unsure if they can provide me with a replacement as my card isn't under warranty. If they can't or if it is too expensive to replace the fans via the manufacturer, then I guess I can just do what Linus did here.
