Need help with parts I want to buy.

I have made a list of parts that I want to get  to build gaming PC. I just want to get people's opinions on the parts I have chosen. I do already have a GTX 1070 so I don't need a gpu.

i know the prices on there are expensive so I will be getting the parts from another store.

I can see you want RGB and have a decent budget, but the PSU could use a little upgrade (the CM unit you picked isn't bad, but the EVGA G1+ series is better and was swapped in).   Here's where PCPartPicker recommends picking up the parts:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Core i9-9900K 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor  ($805.20 @ Newegg Australia)
CPU Cooler: Thermaltake - Floe Riing RGB 240 TT Premium Edition 42.34 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  ($135.00 @ IJK)
Motherboard: Asus - PRIME Z390-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($278.00 @ Austin Computers)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory  ($190.30 @ Newegg Australia)
Storage: Seagate - Barracuda 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($80.00 @ Austin Computers)
Case: NZXT - H500i (White) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($160.60 @ Newegg Australia)
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G1+ 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($135.00 @ Shopping Express)
Total: $1784.10
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Thanks for the advice. Definitely will look at changing the PSU.

Oh yeah; and I bumped the RAM up to DDR4-3000 because if you're going to go crazy on your CPU (it pains me to see that $805 price tag but I realize that Australian prices will look much higher than US) you may as well get some performance with your expensive RGB-Bling RAM (there's far cheaper RAM and Mobo [cheaper cases and AIO CPU Cooler too] if you weren't going White-RGB theme, but I didn't want to break up that party if it's where you're going).

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm wanting to keep the white motherboard. But then I'm also not sure if it might look better with the black motherboarand white RGB ram. Any  advice?

What's so much better about the ASRock vs the Asus?  They both have VRM cooling.

Use au.pcpartpicker.com to assemble your build list. It includes a number of different merchants.

Instead of the H500i, consider the H500. Cooling management is better controlled using the motherboard sensors, fan headers, and fan control software.

An ssd is needed.

You might consider getting RGB components that are compatible with the motherboard RGB control and synchronization protocols.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
