SFF Build with Case Fans replacing Power Supply and GPU Fans

This is my first PC build, and I decided to try something different. 

 

This was an experiment to see how realistic it was to pull of the fans from the power supply and my 1050ti, and to use the case fans instead. I placed two case fans between the power supply and the graphics card heat, which seems to work alright. For the general shape, I was inspired by the Evolv Shift series, and went for that "mini tower" look. The case is 3D printed with hand-cut acrylic front and back plates. Fit an finish could be [lots] better, but I wanted to see if the configuration worked before jumping right to metal.

SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2 2280 250GB PCIe 

G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB

ARCTIC 80mm Case Fans

Power Supply Upgrade for 400W watt Dell Vostro 200(Slim)

 

Thermals outside of case after 20 mins of RealBench stress test: 

CPU Maximum Temp: 67c

GPU Maximum Temp: 59c

Thermals once inside the case: 

CPU Maximum Temp: 78c

GPU Maximum Temp: 77c

 

...this design probably wouldn't work for more powerful components, but seems to be alright for my use.  Air comes in from the back and blows up through the top, but if I needed to cool things down I could add ventilation holes to the sides as well.

Now that it's assembled I only run it with the cover on.  No chance of contacting any of the parts within the PSU - it's enclosed. 

 

Do you believe this is still dangerous given that?

He will be fine, I have multiple pcs running w/out their covers

I'm aware to stay far and clear of the PSU.  As assembled, it's not possible to touch the PSU.

you do realise every PSU has the same metal shroud right? 

all a PSU is is just a transformer at the end of the day. if you have just basic electrical knowledge it is perfectly safe to work with/on them.
