IS 90 DEGREE's BAD

My CPU while at max load was 90 degree's farenheit, is that bad or?

Also what should I use so that i can look at temps while playing games?

Ryzen 5 2600, Rx 580 im not sure how accurate hwmonitor is becuase i stopped playing games and it says my cpu is at 95F

The Ryzen 5 2600 should never pass 95 degrees Celcius, that's the max temp before emergency shutdown.

 

either your CPU cooler or thermal paste are failing.

dude.... anything under 70 Celcius(158 F)  is good, under 60(140 F) is amazing
