Ran a System Benchmark and I have issues

One issue could be your RAM. You have a 2666 kit, but it is only currently clocked at 2133 MHz. Ryzen is heavily RAM dependent, so try setting the DOCP RAM settings in the BIOS.

EDIT: Just so you know. At the end of the green box, it shows 1067, that is how all RAM shows up, exactly half of the larger number, in your current case, 2133.

 

how much stuff did you have running in the background? CPU usage is over 40 percent!

how do i do this? i know how to get into the bios but whats DOCP?

How about clicking "Performance" at the top over there and then taking a screenshot.  That's where the CPU and GPU along with RAM performance information is.
