My first gaming and streaming pc build - $2000.00 budget

Hi everyone.  I am planning to build my first pc.  It will be used for gaming and streaming as well as some web design work and video editing for youtube.  My budget is $2000.00 USD though I would go a little over that if it is helpful performance wise.  I play mostly competitive fps games like apex legends and pubg though I will likely play different types of games as well.  The priority with the build is performance in fast paced competitive fps games and also streaming those games to twitch and youtube.  I know the ideal setup would be to have a two pc setup with one for gaming and one for streaming but for now I will be using one pc to do both.  I heard about a new encoding nvenc with nvidia cards that makes it much easier to stream from the same pc you game on.  With that I think nvidia would be the type of gpu I want as I will likely be getting a g sync 1440p 27" 165hz monitor like the asus PG278QR.  The monitor is not part of this budget though.

 

I would like a really powerful pc within this budget that will last for several years.  I may get some rgb parts but that is not a priority so yes it is great if it fits into the budget but if I can have better performance from different non rgb parts I would prefer the extra money be spent on better performing parts.  I want a really good cooling system in it so that it can stay cool even when it is running for several hours as my gaming sessions are often 10+ hours.  I have plenty of room so if a big case is needed for better air flow then I have room for it.  Would it be worth it to save a little longer to get the 2080ti instead of the 2080 especially with me gaming and streaming from the same pc?  Is there a big difference in the performance?  I want the stream to be very high quality.

 

Here are a few things that I do know I want.

 

• intel i9 9900k processor.
• nvidia rtx 2080 gpu - is one with three fans the best?  I do want to do gsync for the monitor.
• I may upgrade to a 2080ti in the future so I want the computer to be able to do that seamlessly without having to swap out additional parts.
• I want at least 32gb of high speed memory though have thought about doing 64gb of memory - is that really needed?
• I do not know anything about overclocking but if that is something that would be beneficial for me performance wise I would want the parts to be able to do that if needed.
• I do not want to cheap out on any of the parts if possible so if I need to go a little over the $2000.00 budget I will if it means better performance.

I like how everyone is just kinda changing ram capacity or brand and don't make any significance changes on the rest of the PC, even though I know it will be hard cause that's probably what would you get with that price range

What significant changes would you make ? Maybe post a build if you don't like any of the above ones.

Well I like all of them if something I could change maybe the psu not going for over 600W that's it

I am curious why you chose a Gigabyte rtx 2080 over a EVGA 2080?
