I am planing on building a new system my current system has

i5 3470

8gb ddr3 1600mhz

asus rog strix 470 4gb

500gb hardrive

and 80gb hradrive

oem hp motherboard

windows 10

my budget is 400\

what im planning to get is

 

ryzen 5 1600

16 gb corsair lpx ddr4 2400mhz

asrock x370 pro 4 motherboard

kingston a400 240gb ssd

corsair carbide spec 04

corsair cx 450m psu

then i will just buy like a 500gb hardrive on ebay for like 10 bucks

im not getting a gpu right now cause im gonna save for like 300 or 400 then

buy like a 1070 ti or something

 

is there anyone who can send me a pc part picker list with better stuff for 390 cuase i will need the 10 for a hardrive 

i want 16gb ram and ryzen cpu cause intel doo doo for mid range pc the mother has to have atleast overclock support

cause im looking get the ryzen to about 3.9 ghz on the stock spire cooler which can easily do that with low 70s for temps
dont worry i will get like 240mm aio when i get the gpu then run the ryzen at 4.0ghz

You need faster ram, ryzen doesnt do very good under 2666 mhz, preferably 3000.

If you can't afford it though, going for 2400 isn't bad at all, and he has quite a limited budget here

You can easily get a 2x4 or even 2x8 kit of 3000 within 400$
