Witcher 3: random restarts1

First few weeks after memory replacement, my pc works without problems, but few days ago, pc start shouting down while i was playing witcher 3. I tried to solve the problem with new drivers and clen win instal, but nothing helps. My memory also pass MemTest86 without problems, so i ' m not really sure what is the problem (maybe is something wrong with my gtx 1080 TI).

Witcher freezes almost every hour, when this happen, weird noise also appeared and after 20 second pc restart::
