You can convert it easily using Handbrake.

 

There are also plenty of websites that let you do that same job Online, as long as the file isn't too large.

Like this one https://video.online-convert.com

 

Depending on where you got that .SWF, you could potentially even just change the file extension to .MP4 and it might work...
