the masterwatt lite would be the best, save up another 10$, and you can get a CX550/CX550M.

but still be something that's meant for a office pc or si replacement, not a gaming system

cx(m) is one of the good options tho

I didn't know that they only sold 4 crappy, ultra low end PSUs outside the US.

Yeah, no. Increase your budget and get a decent PSU. Where are you buying from?

unfortunately cx550ms arent sold here, i can only find vs series. i am buying from turkey. i found Cooler Master MWE 400W for 30 USD but i dont think its enough

400 watts actually is enough. but i wouldn't recommend the MWE

others (the ones ive posted) are about 70 dollars each . i am trying to find psus from known brands

NEVER JUDGE ON BRAND

with that said, maybe a system power 9 is any cheaper?

Go for a Corsair TXM, Vengeance, CX (2017), CXM (2015), RMx, RMi, HX, HXi, AX or AXi, or a beQuiet! System Power 9, or a SeaSonic Focus Gold, Focus Plus Gold, Prime Ultra Gold, Prime Ultra Platinum, Prime Ultra Titanium, or CoolerMaster MWE Gold and V series.

Additionally, if you can't find any of these, go for a PSU in Tier B and higher here (if you cannot, try Tier C):

Don't go for a Corsair VS (new (gray) and old (orange) revisions), SeaSonic M12II, S12II or ECO, and don't go for the CoolerMaster MWE (non-Gold) or CoolerMaster Lite.

i did find that and straight power b9 600w for very cheap but only on a site that gets its psus from outside of the country. i also found a vs550 (grey unit) in a local site but it seems to be a bad psu too.

edit: i think that site imports them from amazon

The Straight Power 9 is completely different from the System Power 9. The Straight Power 9 is much worse.

Increase your budget, and get a decent PSU. You'll get nowhere if you just keep looking at the cheapest PSUs you can get.

MasterWatt, no.

The BR, no reviews and rated for 30ºC. I'd not go for it.

Then how come you could only list those 4 units? The second link has lots of different options, including many Corsair ones while you said you couldn't find any CXM and could only see VS.

CX450M is available here https://www.nanokatalog.com/urun/corsair-cx450m-guc-kaynagi-unitesi-450-w-atx-siyah-cp-9020101-eu

But compared to it, XFX TS 550 Gold has a terrific price and is a much better unit. https://www.nanokatalog.com/urun/xfx-ts-unit-550-w-siyah-p1-550g-ts3x-guc-kaynagi

If for any reason you couldn't buy XFX TS 550 Gold, take Corsair Vengeance 550M: https://www.nanokatalog.com/urun/corsair-cp-9020111-de-guc-kaynagi-unitesi-550-w-atx-siyah-cp-9020111-de
