And this is why we custom build our best systems by hand. PCs haven't ever been decent, and the "one size fits all" mentality is completely obsolete and insane.

You can always try connecting the pump and fan(s) to different power connectors or using a different cooler all together.

I have a omen by hp and is saying pump speed (90B) . I do not have a pump in my pc

I will love if you can help me pls

It's the CPU fan. Pumps for AIO coolers usually plug into the CPU Fan header so the board can adjust and monitor it. 90B is the standard error code HP uses to indicate a CPU fan issue (it appears in both their laptops and desktops). It probably says pump for configurations with a AIO liquid cooler that use the same board. Unplug and plug back in the CPU fan to see if that clears it. It's usually just a bad of loose connection. Check your temperatures, listen for any abnormal sounds, and check to see if the fan is spinning.

I plugged it out and plugged it in still saying pump speed 90B and it's spinning correctly

In some cases that's not a problem. I've heard many times of watercooling being successful without a pump. It's stupid but it does work. Most of the time.

Oh... *massive facepalm* I'm pretty sure everyone here made assumptions when they saw the word "pump."

What kind of cooler do you have in an HP Omen?

heat sink

*rollseyes* What kind of heatsink? A biscuit or a tower? Scratch that, doesn't matter.

And a lot of us want to know where the "pump speed" message appears anyway...

EDIT: How often do you get the strange message?

Oh like when you get a message from the BIOS? If that's it, you can ignore it.

Is it causing any problems?

Ooooooooohhhhh that's what you mean.... The first thing to try is update the BIOS if possible. Then set everything to defaults. If defaults don't work, dig up the engineer's service manual and screw with the settings until you get it right. That's really all you can do.

There could be jumpers or other connectors on the system board that can be manipulated to make this less problematic, but it depends on the design.
