Yeah there's a molex 4 pin connector on the end of it towards the front of the case. For the love of god download the driver from here.

If the soundcard doesn't click when powering on or off then it's either faulty or it's not plugged in or connected properly.

If it's plugged into the PCI(e) slot then it's getting power, unless it has a molex/6 pin/8 pin connector then connect that. Otherwise it's all done.

Aha! I see. Though, the molex cable that came with my case (750D) has 6 pin connector on the other side, which fits to peripherals/sata instead of PCIE...

Are you sure you don't have any 4 pin molex cables that came with the power supply?

Are you sure you don't have any 4 pin molex cables that came with the power supply?

Oops, yeah. I meant the supply, not the case. But the other end of the molex cable is a six pin that fits into peripherals/sata in the supply instead of PCIE

As they've said, it only goes in one way. Plug the 4 pin into the sound card and the 6 pin connects to the power supply.
