MSI Vega 64 Air Boost P States unlocked?

Hey guys,

 

last week i bought the MSI Vega 64 Air Boost card which was in Sale for 350€. Since im using a watercooler anyway and its a reference PCB Layout i thought: why not give it a shot.
So far im pretty happy with this card, and yesterday i decided to test some Undervolting.

My Results are that i can go at low as 850mV at all States and the card still runs stable, but the core clock decreases from 1651Mhz to about 1430Mhz.
But the real question is: Why am i able to change all P States? From what ive heard only the Frontier Edition can change all P-States. Vega 64 should only be able to Change P6 and P7?
Now im running P6+P7 at 980mv, P3-5 at 950mv and P1-3 at 920mv, card boosts up to 1651 Mhz when Benchmarking (Heaven and FireStrike).

That's one of things that got changed with Adrenalin 2019 drivers it seems.  Pretty much all Vega cards have adjustable P States now.
