Idk what happened i was trying (and failing ) to delete a random "shared_cache" folder from an old Eve Online folder, then after I'd say a minute of failing i gave up. So i went to play bf4 but i noticed all of the shortcuts for the Origin games didn't have their respective pictures. So i thought that was kinda weird then i tried to start Bf4 but got an "This app isn't available for your PC" error. Tried to open it again but to no avail. So i restarted the pc and it took me a while to realize that the system was stuck on the boot screen. It doesn't respond to the F2 or DEL presses so i assume it's legitimately frozen at boot. I need help bad. I'm freaking out here.

And my the little speaker that's supposed to beep is making no noise not even on startup, I'm seeing no hdd lights. Idk what's going on and how all this could've started. Oh wait i do remember when i tried to delete "system_cache" it gave me an error saying File couldn't be accessed due to something within the I/O port. Or something like that
