Would the gtx 1050 ti bottleneck the ryzen 7 2700? Plz help.

(ignoring the whole rant about every system has a bottleneck of some kind) Yes, I usually wouldn't go for a 1050 ti and instead like a rx570/580 or GTX1060

get the rx 570 or rx 580 1050ti is a no go in 2019
