Searching for unicorns

tl;dr: A client wants a 2 in 1 windows device that has 4G connectivity with a max budget of $250.

Does anyone have leads on something magical like this?

Lenovo doesn't sell the Miix 320 anymore, so that's out, and I remember HP Stream being almost what they need, but that doesn't exist anymore either.

Yup, either it folds all the way, or the screen detaches. Must be Windows.

I already told them that what they're asking for usually costs around $700 USD.

But companies release stuff like that Miix 320 sometimes so figured I'd ask here.

I think what you're looking for truely doesn't exists, at least not at that price point.

Or maybe a really cheap used Deal on a Samsung Galaxy Book (w/ LTE).  New those puppies (w/ LTE) start at $999 and the no-simcard versions are above $600 for wifi only.

Look into the chuwi hi12 or hi10. They both were compatible with a LTE dongle that is next to impossible to find now, but it is in budget.
