Pretty certain those are related to the crash; either BIOS went wonky when waking up and wrote crap into the log, or something else went wonky, caused BIOS to write crap in the log.

This. It likely somehow wrote garbagedata at some point to the bios settings. A bios update followed by a bios reset should ensure everything's happy

I woke up my computer from hibernation, and while It was booting up, did I walk away. I returned to a frozen computer, and did a hard reset.

I opened up the UEFI BIOS to check on something, and then I went to "last modified"

The list was HUGE with almost everything blank lines, and a lot of random Russian and Asian symbols. These dates back to 9th of January 2019. I can't recall anything special.

I haven't received any warnings from my antivirus.

Should I be concerned? What should I do?

MB is Asus prime Z270-A
