A cheap ass good Laptop for gaming and work

Hello my fellow friends, this is my first Post ever on LTT (I just signed up).

As the titel suggests: I need a new laptop. Better said: I want a new Laptop.

atm I have a old hp pavilion g6 with an i5-2430M, 4gb ram and an Radeon 7400M. I upgraded the hdd to an 64gb ssd and win10 works fine. At least for watching Netflix and writing with word. At university or on the go I need to work with Python, which works fine just as well.

So why do I want a new one, or better what am I searching for:

Cheap as possible, I work part time so money is a big factor

Game-ability: I mostly play games like Cossacks, Counter Strike, now Apex and some Insurgency Sandstorm, therefore I would need a dedicadet gpu (but tbh I have no idea what is good, at least in laptops)

Weight; The hp weighs nearly 3kg without the power adapter. I need to carry this thing around, sometimes to work if I need to go to the classes right after. I would be happy if it would be lighter.

Screen: Would be nice if it has one. But for real: It should look decent. I am not used to 144 or 2k let alone 4k, I use a Samsung Curved 1080p monitor on my desktop, which is enough. I would be happy with a 15 inch display and a 16:10 resolution (this looks dope)

ssd, at least 256gb

I worked through the under 1000 dollar laptops from the sticky post, but none of them are available where I live. I only found the HP Gaming Pavilion 15-cx0402ng for about 820bucks (which is ok) and the HP Pavilion 15-cs1053ng for about 1200 bucks (which is painful). The Dell Inspiron 15 costs 1400 which is too much.

Hope you have some suggestions for me

Dell precision m6700, swap a i7 into it if it doesn't already have one, and a amd firepro m6100 (roughly performance of a 960m/750 ti) Total that will cost like 300-400$. If that isn't powerful enough look for laptops with 900m series graphics, or wait for rtx 2000 series laptops to come out then buy a 10 series laptop once the price drops.
