Does it come with the latest bios update preinstalled?

Im saying this since i am buying a 5 3600 along with it and i dont wanna spend a few more bucks for a 3000g for just a bios update.

You can never know, it all depends on when that board was manufactured

An A520 board should be compatible with a Ryzen 5 3600 no matter what - the board series didn't launch until late 2020, well after the 3600 did.

price?

thats a 3600 so even a new old stock b450 is probably gonna have the bios for it

 

just buy a new b450 like the b450m-a, pro vdh, pro4, etc. dont waste your money on a board which is on a dead platform

In my Experience buying B450 Mainboards over the last couple of Months, every single one had a BIOS that supper Ryzen 5000, so I would think an A520 Board would also come with an up to Date BIOS.

 

But I might want to spend a couple of Bucks more for a B450 Board with a BIOS Flashback Feature, something like ASUS Prime B450M-A II, which is only 55€ where I live. I stress tested it with a Ryzen 5600X and it has been running great so far.
