intel gfx drivers not installing

i want to run my igpu alongside my discrete gpu (i have my reasons), but the drivers i got from gigabyte(my mobo manufacturer) say "obtain from computer manufacturer" so idk whats happening...

What is the intended use for this? The Integrated graphics should just work driver free.

obs with quicksync crashes instantly and when i tried to update igpu drivers i got that error.

 

but here is the thing they have some sort of driver installed automatically its just a little messed up...

Intel Graphics driver has transitioned to Windows DCH driver.

Legacy drivers provided by the motherboard manufacturer might be obsolete.

You need to DDU the old Intel Driver in Safe Mode and then install the new driver, especially when you are switching from Legacy to DCH.

 

Edit: never mind, 25.20.100.6444 is already DCH.

i just enabled the igpu a few minuets ago and only tried to install this dhc driver... but at this point il give it a shot.

i just ended up forcing the update the manual (did the opposite of what intel said...) .inf way by extracting the installer with 7zip and doing the whole have disk thing. it seems to be working. just not for fuc**** quick sync
