Might be because it's surrounded by restore partitions.

What i would do is create a gparted usb drive and use that to try and create a partition. Maybe that can get the job done.

If you want my attention, quote meh! D: or just stick an @samcool55 in your post :3

Not sure why you have so many partitions (can't read that alnguage, unfortunately).

But if this is a drive you don't care about the data on (kinda sounds like it to me), then just delete all the volumes, then create one for the entire disk.

if not, delete the ones you don't need, and try again with a simple volume using all that space. If that doesn't work more intensive solutions like wiping part/all of the disk, or using DISKPART (windows), or fdisk/mkfs or gparted (linux) would be the next steps

Main Rig: R9 5950X @ PBO, RTX 3090, 64 GB DDR4 3666, InWin 101, Full Hardline Watercooling

Server: R7 1700X @ 4.0 GHz, GTX 1080 Ti, 32GB DDR4 3000, Cooler Master NR200P, Full Soft Watercooling

LAN Rig: R5 3600X @ PBO, RTX 2070, 32 GB DDR4 3200, Dan Case A4-SFV V4, 120mm AIO for the CPU

HTPC: i7-7700K @ 4.6 GHz, GTX 1050 Ti, 16 GB DDR4 3200, AliExpress K39, IS-47K Cooler

Router: R3 2200G @ stock, 4GB DDR4 2400, what are cases, stock cooler

I don't have a problem...

Where have you installed your Windows? Could you send a picture of your other disks in disk management?
Since it appears that you haven't properly formatted your disk and then accidentally installed Windows on this drive again.

It should look something like the attached picture.
(Spoiler translated to Dutch)

Spoiler

It appears that some of your system partitions, such as restore and OEM are still on your old disk. If you wipe the old disk with tools such as diskpart you risk that your computer will not boot again.

If I were you I would re-install Windows.
First, save all your data to an external disk. Then, during Windows installation, wipe and format every drive in the system. Then select the disk you would like to install onto.
