sites don’t load, please help?

so none of the sites i wanna use load, they are stuck at the loading bar. i’ve checked my internet, it’s 109.8/13.4 with 24ms ping. it’s only happening for a few sites, but all those sites happen to be the ones i need right now. help? i have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data, changed dns, turning on and off wifi

 

all of which fixed it, but then if i click on a link to go somewhere else in the site, it stops loading and the same problem persists
