yes you can, it's just a fan after all, attach it to the cooler and connect it to a header on the motherboard.

Fans can be installed either way. If its wrong way, you just flip it around.

Make sure both fans are pushing/pulling the air in the same way, if not just turn out one fan, also theres "Y" splitter if you want to controll both fans at the same time
