if you need a gba emulator then get visual boy advance, there are also some other pc projects at the moment like pokemmo and pokemon reborn, i think pokemon indigo is one as well. If you need a psp emulator then get ppsspp and then if you need a ps2 emulator then get pcsx2(warning follow the instructions or you will fail).
