corsair H150 push or push/pull?

so i have the corsair H150 in a 570x case with 3 120 LL fans atm should i keep it like this or add fans to make it push/pull if it will make any difference? using a OC;'d i7 8700k

to add to this im using the 3 LL120 fans as push config atm

Depending on the temps of your other components, I would add fans to the top and rear of the case to help with airflow.  You would benefit more from this configuration than the push/pull.

i have done that, have 2 LL140s on top and a LL120 on back
