So yesterday i rebooted my pc. I had so many useless files and i decided to wipe it clean. Then i reinstalled my programs, steam, origin, chrome and that kind of stuff. But after the reboot my computer is very slow. The major problem is in game, i still have the same fps, but both of my mouses are delayed. Not to mention my browser is very slow, and videos on HBO, Youtube and netflix.... loads very slow. (win 10)

can you explain what slow means?

things take longer to open, there is stuttering when moving around, there is a delay before anything reacts etc

The start up takes longer times and when i click on programs it takes like 30 seconds before i can use it, before the reboot it opened instant. In game it's kinda laggy even tho i still run 60 fps or above
