Thermaltake Chaser A31 Possible Red Mod Help

I absolutely love the look of this case, there is just one problem, I need red. The rear blue fan can be replaced the only thing that bothers be is the 5 1/4in bay covers. I have seen red covers for sale on websites like frozencpu.com but I don't know a whole lot about their compatibly. The material looks plastic and I don't think it will be very paint-able, any help would be appreciated. I have a low budget so I don't want to spend too much.

( There are blue hard drive bay mechanisms but I'm not as picky about them.)
