Going from matx to itx

Hi guys..So I just sold my GTX 1080Ti seahawk because I want to build an itx pc. Now the case that I planned was the inwin A1. Is the included PSU good enough for the 1080 mini? also I want to know if its time to upgrade my Processor which is the I7-6700k. I will be just be gaming most of the time on 1440p 144hz monitor. or should I just save more and go to RTX?

Yes, the 600W PSU is still a ton for today's things unless SLI 

 

and for your second question for 1080 vs rtx:

 

yeah it will be enough for a gtx 1080. 600W is still a lot of juice for a system. and a gtx 1080 will be able to do 1440p 144hz... but if you can find a 2080 for a decent price to fit in that case, then I would go that route.

and yes, its still a very solid CPU. the 8700k is only a clock boost (and slightly more refined node) but thats about it. you can do a lot with a 6700k still.
