Wchich one SBC should i buy RP3B or RP3B+? I'am going to be using it for programming and the price difference between them is about 2-3$.

Pi 3B+ is slightly newer, has more processing power (and can sustain it for longer), consumes more electricity and has higher wired and wireless network throughput. Rest is the same.

Where are you buying it that it is more expensive? The 3b and 3b+ are both 35 usd near me.

 

That being said the 3b+ gains you 400 mbit wired networking if that is something you need.

In my country they cost:

Raspberry Pi 3B 169 zł = ~44$

Raspberry Pi 3B+ 179zł = ~47$
