Rtx 2080. Windforce or strix?

Hey guys I'm wondering if the asus strix is worth the 110 dollar difference. I would be using an asus x470 prime motherboard and would like it to match but 110 dollars could be put to some rgb fans for mybling build im thinking of making. Or would it be better to just save even more money and drop down to a 2070? Thoughts? I will be gaming on a 1440p 165hz monitor by the way.

If you planned 2080 then buy 2080. Buy FE or Palit they are the cheapest ones.
