That's fine. That a recovery partition Windows makes during installation. If this is a part of a secondary drive you've attached it is possible to remove it but you must be sure you don't plan to boot to that 2nd disk again.

 

You can view the drives and associated drive letters in Disk Management.

ah yeah because it was my old boot drive ok ill remove it thanks so much for the response!
