Laptop won't boot windows

Either the boot order is wrong, or the HDD/SSD is dead (or physically missing) or it's not detected properly.

 

Try to get into the bios. It's usually mashing F2 or del when you get the splash screen of the laptop (first thing you see when you turn it on)
